Terms & Conditions of Sales

The ownership of the merchandise sold by 1StopScooter remained with the 1StopScooter until payment is paid in full by customer. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. 1StopScooter reserves the right at its sole discretion at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason deem necessary. 1StopScooter reserves the rights at any time after receipt of your order without prior notices to you, to supply less than the quantity you order. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the term specified on the front of the invoice. Customer with bounced checks or past due payment will be re-evaluated for credit status. An interest charge of 1.5% per month will be added to past due account. A service charge of U.S. $25.00 will be assessed for each bounced check.

PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Our products are not recommended for children under 18 years old. Any under-age rider, if permitted by law, should be supervised by parents or adult(s) until he or she is able to make correct traffic rules judgement. Purchaser should understands the nature of riding motor vehicles and motorcycle riding activities and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate a motor vehicle which is purchased from 1StopScooter. Person should understands that they must abide by state laws and be in proper physical condition to ride any motor vehicle purchased from 1StopScooter. If purchaser is not familiar with how to operate this motor vehicle, purchaser should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding it. Purchaser is also responsible to inspect and insure motor vehicle before using it to make sure that the motor vehicle is safe to use and in riding order.

LICENSING & REGISTRATION
Laws vary from state to state, and 1StopScooter makes no guarantees or claims that the motor vehicle you purchase is legal for operation in your particular city, county, or state. If required in your city or state, purchaser is responsible to operate, insure, and register motor vehicle in accordance with state and local laws and ordinances. Most of 1StopScooter's motor vehicles come with a Certificate of Origin, from the factory. 1StopScooter can also provide a Bill of Sale, if needed. The vehicle you purchased has an engraved VIN nameplated on its frame. Beyond that, we can not provide any further documentation or paperwork.

Order Processing
All orders before 3:00 pm PST will be processed within 1 business day from receipt of payment and will be shipped out within 1 business days. For order with a payment received after 3:00 pm PST, will be processed on the next business day and will be shipped out the day after. 1StopScooter will only process all orders during business days (Mondays thru Fridays) except all holidays.

Order Cancellation
Cancellations of orders can only be accepted if the order has not been processed and has not been shipped. If the order is paid with credit card, and has been charged, the customer has to bear the 5% credit card processing fee for cancellation. If the order has been shipped, and or has been charged, the customer has to follow our Return Policy.

Prices on the Site
The prices advertised on this site are for internet orders. All prices are in US dollar. Prices, inventory, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Sales Taxes
1StopScooter shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other type of taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

International Order
International orders must be fully prepaid via wire-transfered prior order shipment. Customer will receive confirm notification within 48 hours for Shipping and Handling Cost Most international orders will arrive within 4 - 6 weeks. Services are not provided for International orders for the sole purpose of getting through customs inspection. 1StopScooter cannot be held liable for any packages, confiscated or rejected from entering the country by international customs! 1StopScooter does not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. Buyers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fee charged by his or her local government. Please check with your local custom regulation for more information.

Return Policy

1StopScooter accepts authorized return(s) from retail customer on unused products for upto 7 days after receipt, except as noted on particular products. All merchandise shipped to customer was carefully inspected and left 1StopScooter's premises in good condition. Any claim for damages in transit must be made against the delivering carrier. Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receiving. All claims for defects or shortages must be made immediately, or within three days of the receipt of goods at the latest. All claims after that will not be honored. Return merchandise requirements are listed below, you must have all of the requirements in order to send your item in for a return.

All returns other than for a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment, will be subject to 25% restocking fee.

All returns for exchange will be replaced with the same item.

No return or refund for all international orders.

Absolutely no return after seven (7) days. All requests for a refund or replacement authorization must be made within 7 days of the original purchase invoice date. Merchandise authorized for return must be 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Shipping charges, special order items and products that has been used are not refundable.

1StopScooter will not accept any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number, please click Here, or call our customer service at 909-468-9224.

RMA numbers are good for 7 days. Returns must be received by 1StopScooter within 7 business days following your receipt of an RMA Number via e-mail, or by phone from our Customer Service. Returns post dated later than five business days after receipt of an RMA Number will be invalid.

Merchandise authorized for return must be 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

All merchandise returned must be accompanied by a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) and posted legibly on the outside of the package returned and must be shipped to 1StopScooter (Freight Prepaid and Insured via UPS or Federal Express). 1StopScooter will not pay or reimburse this freight charges. 1StopScooter will reject any merchandise without a visible RMA# posted or with a postage due. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, handling charges and restocking fee on all returns. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

Any missing parts, accessories, manual from the package return for refund will be valued by us at our discretion, and deducted from the refunded amount.

1StopScooter is not responsible for any damage or loss of parts shipped to us for repair or replacement. It is advisable that you purchase the proper freight insurance for the package(s) and keep the proof of shipment until packaged has been received by 1StopScooter.

Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. 1StopScooter reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case by case basis. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.

Customers who refuse packages at the time of delivery will be charged 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling fee.
